The Morris Portable Soft Box is a portable solution for portrait or still life flash photography. If you need to create nice fill-in light to soften shadows, this is the way to do it. Use it as a fill light, a hair light, or as a main light source in portrait work with additional or ambient lighting. The Morris Soft Box is ideally used with any hot shoe mount. You can easily attach it to the hot shoe bracket included in the kit. The Bracket, Universal Speed Ring, and Soft Box can then be screwed onto any Morris Light Stand. The light stand does not need to be heavy duty in order to support the Morris Bracket and Soft Box.
This Soft Box only takes a few minutes to assemble. Even the most amateur photographer can create a sturdy frame using the Support Ring and 4 flexible rods to expand the Morris Portable Soft Box. Also included is a white insert that can be attached across the center of the Soft Box thereby increasing the diffusion and creating an extra soft light.
The Universal Speed Ring can be used with your own studio lights without the need to purchase any extra accessories. (This is very helpful for those just getting started.) The support ring has adjustable screw mounts that allow you to place the soft box on other light sources without the need of a third-party adapter.
