Boom Arms

When you need to position a light either above a set or below a table, you need the versatility and control of a Morris boom. Our boom arms are constructed of tubular aluminum for rigidity and strength. They lock tightly and are easy to position.

The 2-section Medium Boom Arm extends from 46.5-81.5”. Its stand clamp fits on 3/4”, 1” and 1-1/8” diameter stand tubes. It comes with a comfortable rubber hand grip and removable 4.5 lb. counterweight and boom clamp.

The Maxi Boom uses two parallel, linked 3-section poles, extendible from 39.5-96”, for incredible stability and functional control. Both tubes have independently adjustable extension arms. This parallelogram design allows the light head angle to be adjusted from the rear of the boom by moving the upper or lower boom arm. It clamps to 7/8” to 1-1/4” diameter poles.

It comes with two 4.5 lb. counterweights and a large rubberized grip for added control in positioning. Additional counterweights may be attached.
